Transition plate from bendix gears for conversion of the MTZ 80 tractor from the PD-10 starter to the starter. The starter and the starter reducer are removed, a plate with pins is placed on the same bolts, and the starter is attached to it. 
After connecting the wiring, it is not necessary to pull the string every time you get out of the cabin, but it is started with the ignition key.
