KPN 1.8 finger mounted mower for T-16 tractor
Purpose of the mower:
The KTP-1.8 tractor finger mower is intended for mowing sown and natural grasses with the laying of the mowed mass in the spread.
The KTP-1.8 mower is used in all soil and climatic zones.
The mower aggregates with atractor – T-16.
Preparing the mower for work
The complex of works on preparing the new mower for operation includes:
• reassembly of the mower;
• preparing the tractor for aggregation;
• Aggregation of a mower with a tractor.
Assembly of the mower
The mower is delivered to the consumer in a partially disassembled form in the transport position. Reassemblymower must be done on a flat site in the following sequence:
• move the cutting device to the working position (horizontal);
• install the stem branch on the right divider;
• install the joint with the cardan transmission shaft on the mower's power receiving shaft and fix it with a lock.
Preparing the tractor for aggregation
The design of the mower allows the tractor body not to be removed.
Aggregation of a mower with a tractor.
Assembling the mower with the tractor and preparing the mower for work must be done in the following sequence:
• install two brackets (from the mower accessories) on the tractor frame, fix them with tractor bolts (one bracket on the 9th hole of the left channel, counting from the power take-off shaft, the other bracket on the 15th hole, simultaneously install the mower drawbar in these brackets);
• install the lever for lifting the beam and beam of the cutting device on the 12th hole of the tractor frame (on the right in the direction of tractor movement) and connect the hydraulic cylinder of the mower with the help of a sleeve to the hydraulic system of the tractor;
• adjust the length of the lifting chain of the beam and the beam of the cutting apparatus (in the upper position of the hydraulic cylinder, the distance from the ground to the shoe should be at least 185-195 mm);
• fasten the traction chain (in tension) to the last hole of the right channel of the tractor frame, using the tractor bolt;
• install the cardan joint on the power take-off shaft of the tractor, paying special attention to the fact that the outer (end) forks of the joints are located in one plane;
• pump the hydraulic system, for which the cutting device of the mower will be raised several times;
• turn on the PTO of the tractor and idle the mower for 30 minutes;
• will eliminate the noted shortcomings.
Transportation of the mower
To transfer the mower to the transport position: raise the beam and beam with the hydraulic cylinder of the mower, manually push the beam to the side of the tractor. Install the transport bracket on the tractor, fix the beam with a stop, tighten the bolt of the transport bracket.
