Oils Gecco lube Grandera series are intended for lubrication of both rotary and reciprocating air compressors. They are produced from high-quality selected base oils on a paraffin basis with the addition of antioxidant, anti-corrosion and anti-wear additives. PROPERTIES AND OPERATIONAL QUALITIES
The oils of the Gecco lube Grandera series have very good thermo-oxidative stability at high temperatures, which is confirmed by a slight increase in coke-like oil deposits when tested according to the DIN 51352 part 2 method. They do not form sediments or carbonaceous deposits on hot parts of compressors, which reduces the likelihood of compression ring jamming and valve channel clogging. The Gecco lube Grandera series of oils has a high resistance to oxidative aging and does not form soot and deposits, which is confirmed by the results of tests using the R.O.C.O.T. method. Thus, Gecco lube Grandera oils are used for a long time in rotary compressors (blade and worm type).
These oils do not have a tendency to form rust and meet the requirements of ASTM D 665 A/B.
