PERUN (promethrin, 500 g/l) is a selective soil herbicide for the protection of sunflower, pea and carrot crops from annual dicotyledonous and cereal weeds.
Mechanism of action
Herbicide of selective action. The drug is absorbed by both seedlings and roots of germinating weeds when the drug is applied to their seedlings. PERUN acts on weeds that have emerged through the leaves. The effectiveness of the drug is achieved due to the ability of the active substance of the drug (promethrin) to block the process of photosynthesis in weedy plants.
