Flexible auger, spiral conveyor for pellets, spring auger. new guarantee, Odesa region.

Spiral screws of company Mainhouse OOO intended for transporting flour and other bulk products (grain, bran, etc.) for a distance of up to 12 meters and a height of up to 10 meters. The presence of a "flexible" working organ - a spiral ensures:
• simplicity of design and installation of the transport system;
• the possibility of optimal route selection, including curvilinear and in different planes;
• absence of product losses and dust;
• low energy consumption and noiseless operation;
• low cost.

It seems that there is no such production that does not have to solve the problem of transportation of raw materials and finished products within the technological process. This is relevant for food, processing, chemical, and practically any branch of industry.

The design of the spiral conveyor is very simple. It is a pipe with a coreless spiral inserted into it. One of its ends is fixed in the bearing unit, the other is connected to the gear motor shaft. The system does not have bearings, gears, drives, chains, etc. throughout its entire length. The diameter of the conditional passage remains unchanged along the entire length, which excludes the occurrence of product compression zones.

The maximum volume of the product in the pipeline — up to 70% more than ina similar screw conveyor — is achieved due to the absence of an internal shaft.

The main advantage of conveyors with a flexible spiral is that they allow you to feed the product along slopes and bends. The conveyor can be mounted so that the product on its way can turn at least 360 degrees and freely rise up to 8 meters. But this is not the limit. When working with several drives, the system allows you to transport the product at a distance of up to 120 m and a height of up to 40 m. The ability to bend makes this type of conveyors indispensable when the equipment is tightly arranged.

The next advantage is the absence of dust during operation of the conveyor. Hey, there's just nowhere to go.

The advantages of the conveyor include low energy consumption (engine power 0.55-2.2 kW); the possibility of loading several stationary containers with one conveyor, simple installation, long term and safe operation, careful transportation of the product; silence The latter property is achieved under the condition of correct tension of the flexible supporting element. The spiral is centered by the product and does not touch the walls of the pipeline.

For some technological processes, precise dosing of the product is necessary. With the help of a spiral conveyor, this task is easily solved.

There are no problems with the organization of the automatic mode of transportation management.

Spiral conveyors resemble screw conveyors, but an elastic spiral, unlike a screw, does not have a shaft, which means that stagnant zones are excluded.

The combination of large diameters and small revolutions allows you to transport any materials, such as cement and liquid concrete, to the brushesvine. The list can consist of thousands of items.
