The cheese factory is used for the production of hard and soft types of cheese, as well as: sour cream, ryazhenki, kefir, yogurt, cottage cheese.
Three-layer, the tank and the heating-cooling layer are made of acid-resistant steel type 304. The outside is covered with a sheet of polished steel of class 304.
The device is equipped with the following elements:
- The cover of the mixer is divided into two parts with the possibility of removing both of them.
- Removable paddle mixer.
- A mixer with a drive from an electric motor together with a gearbox of 28 revolutions per minute. Installed in such a way that its removal from the tank allows you to manually cut out the clot.
- A mixer speed control converter is installed.
- Water layer of heating and cooling.
- Isolation of the tank from foamed polyethylene.
