Constanta group of companies is an association of enterprises, which includes 2 compound feed plants located on the territory of Ukraine: LLC "CONSTANTA FID"" Donetsk region, Konstantinovka, village Brestok, st. Dokuchaeva, 1 and LLC "KONSTANTA - KOMBIKORM" Zhytomyr region, village Pysky, st. Polevaya, 3.
Our company specializes in the production of compound feed and BMVD according to the most complex recipes, typical and individual, as well as pre-starters of European quality. At our factories, we have the opportunity to produce 35 thousand tons of compound feed per month. Of these, 20,000 tons per month go to KONSTANTA - KOMBYKORM LLC. All manufactured products are certified. The association has successful experience working with foreign firms.

Compound feed plants of the Association are among the largest enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine and represent enterprises with a full technological cycle:
- the availability of car scales allow for quick unloading of grain;

High-precision modern equipment for the production of protein-vitamin-mineraladditives and compound feed, own accredited laboratory, input control of raw materials and finished products allows to achieve optimal content of components in compound feed, homogeneity of mixing and high quality granules. New lines for the production of granulated compound feed (Denmark) have been installed at the Association's factories. The productivity of the line is 15-18 t/h on a matrix of 3.5 mm on standard feeds. The line includes the following equipment: auger - feeder, conditioner-mixer, machine for long-term exposure of the product, set for steam reduction, press - granulator, countercurrent cooler, granule crusher, sieve, control system of the granulation line. The automatic system of the installation controls all parameters during the operation of the installation, namely: product supply, temperature and steam pressure, temperature of compound feed at the entrance and exit from the matrix. The use of a machine for long-term exposure of the product allows you to exclude contamination with pathogenic microflora.

The Association has a program complex for calculating optimal recipes of compound feed, BMVD, compound feed concentrates; our products do not contain hormones and growth stimulators based on antibiotics; instead, probiotics, enzymes and plant extracts are used.
