Potato variety Rudolph is distinguished by its taste qualities, large, oval-round tubers, with an increased content of starch and dry matter.
The variety is considered productive, especially in the southern agrozones of Ukraine. It is not afraid of arid soils, high temperatures and lack of watering. It is practically not damaged during mechanized cleaning. One bush, on average, gives about 10 potatoes. Tubers of a reddish hue, thin-skinned, with a white center. Small eyes lie shallowly, their number is minimal.
The increased (up to 20%) content of dry matter makes the variety ideal for preparing soups,chips, frying and using in salads. It has a good shelf life, is stored for a long time, and remains marketable. The variety is resistant to late blight, black leg, scab.
