The task of the line is to step-by-step unloading of apples from a container weighing 400 kg onto a belt conveyor for their further calibration in sizes from 50 mm to 120 mm into 6 fractions.
The line includes:

1. Container tipper (we manufacture according to the dimensions of your container)

3. Calibrator for 6 fractions with receiving trays

The trays are installed at an angle for rolling apples under the edge of the tray.
All points of contact with the product are covered with softening material
The height of the receiving tray (lower point) is set at 850 mm.
Adjustment flaps should be installed that will allow to calibrateapples in fractions from 50 mm to 120 mm.
A scale is installed on each shutter with a size from 50 mm to 120 mm.
