Apollo drug from mites is a contact selective acaricide of specific action, intended for the fight against the common spider mite Tetranychus urticae and the red fruit mite Panonychus ulmi on grapes, fruit crops and strawberries. The insecticide works on the eggs, as well as on the moving early stages of spider mites, but it is not intended to control adult mites. Acaricide is safe for predatory mites (Phytoseiulus persimilis, Typhlodromus pyri, Amblyseilus potentillae), bees, beneficial insects - seven-spotted sunflower (Soscinella 7 - punctata), golden eye (Chrysopa carnea), encarsia (Encarsia formosa).

For this reason, it is recommended to carry out spraying before the beginning of the "green cone" phase. Spraying of trees should be carried out before the state of "completely wet" occurs. For strawberries, preventive spraying is recommended to be carried out before the culture begins to bloom.
Anti-resistant measures:
Repeated use of an acaricide sometimes leads to the emergence of generations of spider mites resistant to this insecticide. To prevent or slow down the manifestation of resistance, it is better to use clofentezine only once (rarely twice) in one season.
