Pharmaceutical form:
Suspension. A transparent liquid from light green to light brown in color with an amorphous bluish-gray sediment that breaks easily when shaken and makes up 25-30% of the total volume.
Immunobiological properties:
The vaccine provides highly specific antibacterial and antitoxic immunity simultaneously against the causative agents of the most common animal diseases: pneumoenteritis, endometritis, and mastitis. The presence of immunomodulating agents in the vaccine promotes the activation of antibody synthesis and reduces the negative impact of the drug on the vaccinated organism. Thanks to this, the vaccine is allowed to be administered even to weakened and sick animals for medical purposes. Enhanced immunity in vaccinated animals appears 2 weeks after the second vaccination and lasts 6 months. The expression and duration of immunity depend on the physiological state of the animals.
Kind of animals. Large and small cattle, pigs.
Indications for use. For prophylactic vaccination of large and small cattle, pigs against pneumoenteritis, endometritis and animal mastitis. All livestock is subject to vaccination, based on the epizootic situation.
Contraindications:
There are none.
Precautions during use. Before use, the vials with the vaccine are inspected, shaken, heated in warm water to a temperature of (36-38)°C. The use of the vaccine with a prophylactic goal is allowed no earlier than 2 weeks after vaccination with other vaccines and deworming. An overdose of the vaccine more than 3 times can cause a negative reaction of the body (depression, fever, loss of appetite, more pronounced local reaction). Insufficient shaking of vials and application of the vaccine in a cooled state can cause a local reaction in vaccinated animals with the formation of "sterile" abscesses.
Interaction with other means and other forms of interaction. Based on the epizootic situation, it is allowed to vaccinate animals simultaneously with the "PNEUMOMASTISAN" and the "NEKROSAN" vaccines.
Special instructions during pregnancy and lactation. For preventive purposes, the vaccine is administered to pregnant animals no later than 2 weeks before delivery. With a therapeutic purpose without restrictions.
Method of application and dosage. The vaccine is administered subcutaneously in the neck region in doses according to the age of the animals and depending on the epizootic status of the household. Animals are vaccinated twice with an interval of 2-3 weeks, and revaccination is carried out after 5-6 months with a single vaccination. In a complex epizootic situation, animals can be revaccinated after 3-4 months.
