Magnet powder "Diank 14" according to TU 6-14-1009-79 and "Diank 36" according to TU 6-36-05800165-1009-93 is created from magnetic particles based on Fe3O4. The magnetic powder produced by DIANK NPK LLC is distinguished by a certain size distribution of magnetic particles up to 30 μm, purity, and provides an indication of the smallest defects, is ideal for obtaining a clear indicator pattern and allows to achieve high sensitivity and contrast.
The magnetic powder method is used for non-destructive testing (GOST R 56512-2015) of surfaces made of ferromagnetic materials. It has proven itself well in both dry and wet control methods. Diagnostics is permissible both at the stage of production and during operation.(//tractor-service.com)
