We are walking today with my 8 and a half year old daughter along the embankment along the still frozen river. Water is already visible in some places, but the ice seems to be still strong.
My daughter was also thinking about this, so she said out loud: "To check the ice, they need to throw some corpse off the bridge!".
I gasped - "What kind of corpse???". "Well, unnecessary. A normal person will not jump off a bridge, let alone onto ice."
