Disk harrow BDF-2.4 available today (delivered), Dnepropetrovsk region.

Available todaydisk harrow BDF-2.4 (we deliver). Disk working body, which is a 6 mm thick camomile cut-out disk installed on the hub, with internal sharpening along the entire contour. Thanks to the special geometry of the tubular rack, it is installed at an optimal angle of attack to the line of traction and an angle to the vertical, which ensures high-quality crushing, crushing and turnover of the cut layer. Unlike similar harrows of other manufacturers, the design of this harrow uses camomile discs (cut-out spherical) with a diameter of 650 mm, a thickness of 6 mm, made of 65G steel. During manufacturing, the discs are thermally treated, which ensures a hardness of 38-46 HRC. Disks are installed on hubs that rotate around the axis on roller bearing assemblies at an angle of attack of 21 degrees and a vertical inclination of 21 degrees (the design is patented by the private enterprise Agrotechkomplekt). The necessary depth of loosening and stable movement of the harrow-tractor unit is ensured by a lanyard (screw mechanism with right and left thread), which provides adjustment of the vertical position of the roller.
