Internal washing of poultry carcasses, Lviv region.

Internal washing of carcasses is used for washing the inside of carcassesbirds after the end of the gutting process. Structure and principle of operation: The internal sink of carcasses is made of stainless, acid-resistant material. An integral part of the sink is a handle that has a water supply valve. From the handle comes a tip made of a stainless steel pipe with drilled holes of the appropriate size, which supplies water in the form of a shower inside the carcass. When you press the handle, water is supplied and the remains of gutting from the inside of the bird carcass are washed away. Water is supplied to the sink through a hose with a diameter of 10 mm. The water supply hose is not included in the washing machine kit.
