Web calibration and sorting of vegetables:potatoes,carrots, onion UKS-1.4F is intended for automatic calibration and sorting of vegetables by size up to 4 fractions. The size of fruits is from 1 to 140 mm. Depending on the type of customer's production, the equipment may be changed.

Optionally, the UKS-1.4F fruit sorting and calibration machine can be equipped with grid holders for each fraction, which allows you to load the products into grids immediately after calibration.

The equipment for calibration and sorting of vegetables functions according to the following principle. By hand or from the feeding equipment, the vegetables enter the loading tray and then onto the upper calibration sieve with the largest mesh size. Calibration takes place due to the inclination and vibration of the device, the vegetables roll through the sieves, the small ones fall onto the next sieve with smaller cells (3 sieves of different sizes), and the large ones go to the pouring tray. The fraction-calibrated product, each on its own tray, is sent for further processing or packaging. Small products, through the draining tray from the lower grate, enter a specially installed container. Garbage and the smallest fraction fall through the lower grate and also enter a special container.

In cases of jamming of vegetables in the cells of the calibration sieve, the carriage is turned on, which moves reciprocatingly along the frames with the calibration sieves and, with the oscillating movements of the rockers, knocks down and frees the stuck products.

Equipment for calibration and sorting of vegetables can be used both as part of a complex technological line and in an autonomous, independent mode.
