sunflower oil in terms of quality, it is of the highest, I and II grades, which differ in color (the intensity of the color increases as the grade decreases), the amount of sediment (in the highest grade - 0.05, in I - 0.1, in II - 0.2%), acid number (respectively 1.5, 2.25, and 6 mg of KOH), the amount of phosphorus-containing compounds (not more than 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8%). In the second grade, a slightly musty smell, a slightly bitter aftertaste, and slight cloudiness are allowed. Hydrated oil has a natural taste and smell, but a less intense color than unrefined oil. In terms of quality, it is of the highest, I and II grades. It has no sediment, but in grade II, light clouding is allowed. The content of phosphorus-containing substances is 3 times less than in unrefined (respectively 0.1, 0.2 and 0.25%), acid number - respectively 1.5, 2.25 and 6 mg of KOH. oil"
