Emsh-2A brush holders
In all versions of the clutches, a unified (in terms of dimensions) system of magnetically conductive disks working with lubrication is used. Brush holders of the ЕМЩ 2А type are available for contact clutches.

The current is supplied to the contact coupling with the help of a unified brush holder, at a specified speed of no more than 10 m/s. At speeds of 10-20 m/s, two brush holders are installed.

Under the brush cap there is a tip to which the current supply wire from the positive power source is connected.(//tractor-service.com)

The brush should move in the housing without jamming. Contact pressure of the brush in the position indicated on the drawing is 1.2 ± 0.1 kg.

Couplings series E1TM...2 are equipped with brush holders ЕМЩ - 2А-20/М18
