The screw conveyor is equipped with a factory three-phase (380V) electric motor with a power of 1.5 kW, 1500 rpm.
The V-belt transmission is equipped with two idler pulleys, which ensures trouble-free operation under maximum load.

This loader guarantees a stable supply of products up to a height of 3 meters at an angle of up to 50°, with a loading capacity of up to 15 tons per hour (depending on the angle of inclination).

The screw loader is equipped with a cable for connection to the electrical network, a plug and a push button and is ready for work immediately after its mechanical assembly.

A removable hopper for loading with a shovel or dumping bags can be installed on the auger inlet. The round exit of the loader produced by us gives the opportunity to put on it a corrugated sleeve or knee for a more convenient distribution of grain in the body during loadingгрузовыков.

This model of the loader consists of two segments of 3 meters each, which, if necessary, can be easily disassembled for cleaning the screw spiral or maintenance of bushings and bearings, which extends the service life of the loader by more than two times.
