For the process of loading blueberries, we offer you inclined conveyor with a length of 4000 mm.
The conveyor is equipped with a modular belt made in Israel (NGB).
The width of the tape is 500 mm. Tape with chevrons 50mm high and 200mm pitch. Sides of 100 mm height are placed on the sides of the conveyor to prevent spillage of products. The speed of the conveyor belt is 0.2 m/s.
Motor-reducer made in Italy with a capacity of 1.1 kW.(//tractor-service.com)
For the convenience of moving the conveyor around thewarehouse, the conveyor is installed onwheels(4 wheels), 160mm in diameter with brakes, with the possibility of adjustment, the upper point up to 250mm up and down.
At the bottom of the conveyor there is a platform for water drainage, an unloading hopper.
The material of the conveyor is food grade certified stainless steel.
