PJSC plant "Nezhinselmash" has developed and produces cellular equipment for keeping industrial herds laying hen The produced equipment allows to keep the bird in optimally comfortable conditions, which ensures an increase in the productivity of the bird, as well as an improvement of the microclimate in the poultry house. The use of the equipment contributes to a significant reduction in the costs of maintenance and maintenance of poultry.
Cellular batteries are manufactured in three-, four- and five-tier versions. To obtain the maximum number of birdhouses, depending on the size of the room, cell batteries of different tiers and two batteries can be installed in it.

The doors opening in the front plane of the cage make it easy to board and disembark the bird without injuring it.
Together, the elements of the frame provide a rigid, unbending construction of the batteries, which guarantees long-term and reliable operation of the equipment.
At the request of the customer, it is possible to make batteries with an increased width of 200 mm (nest depth 600 mm), which allows to increase the number of heads in a cage up to 8 with a specific floor area of 450 cm²/head.

1. When keeping poultry:
- wire grids of the back wall of the cage and mesh partitions provide good lighting and excellent air circulation.
- litter removal tape prevents litter from getting into cages andfeeders, ensures optimal transportation of litter.
- doors that open in the front plane of the cage make it easy to board and disembark the bird without injuring it.
- feed chutes made of galvanized steel with internal flanges prevent loss of feed.
- drinkers are located in the zone of partitions. The drinker can be loaded with 12...16 heads.
- a drip catcher is installed under eachwatering bowl.
2. When operating:
- all parts of the battery frame have a zinc coating, as a result of which the possibility of corrosion is completely excluded.
- racks of the frame made of 20x20 mm channel, located 600 mm apart, ensure the rigidity of the frame.
- the cell cover rests on the wires, the elasticity of the cover ensures the safety of the eggs and complete rolling onto the conveyor belt.
