Harvester rotary trailed KPF-2,4 is designed for harvesting fodder, mows green sown and natural grasses, corn and other silage crops up to 1.5 m high with simultaneous grinding and loading into the vehicle. It can be used for mowing the grass in a swath or mulching the stalks of corn and sugar beets.

KPF-2.4 is equipped with a hydraulic system. Avoiding the mechanical transmission of the scythe drive to the hydraulic one reduced the number of elements, which made it possible to increase the reliability of the unit and the quality of the mowing process. The hydraulics are controlled using the control panel from the cabtractor. Elements of the hydraulic system are made in Italy.
