Thermal insulation of cold rooms with polyurethane foam, Lviv region.

Our company has been working on the market of spraying polyurethane foam (PPU) in Ukraine for 15 years. Most of the objects in which this technology is used are vegetable storages,fruit storages and refrigerating chambers for preserving agricultural products.
In our work, we aim to satisfy the customer's requirements and wishes as effectively as possible, using equipment from US companies and German BASF materials for spraying polyurethane foam.
Despite the fact that there are PPU systems from other manufacturers on the Ukrainian market, we recommend choosing BASF PPU systems because they have the best technical and physical-mechanical characteristics of materials compared to others. In particular, the coefficient of thermal conductivity, which is considered the most important quality/efficiency criterion, is the lowest in BASF (0.020-0.022) - it is 1.5 times better than in others - which determines the use of material for thermal insulation in smaller quantities. The presence of closed pores in the materials used by us is more than 95%, which guarantees practically zero hygroscopicity, while the vapor permeability is about 2-3%. With a long term of operation of thermal insulation (30-40 years), the physical characteristics of the material do not change.(//tractor-service.com)
In addition to the above, the cameras after spraying PPU can be used for "freshening" technology (treatment with ethylene inhibitors), for better and longerstorage of products.
The calculation of the thicknesses of PPU application is carried out in accordance with the design and wishes of the customer.
