Grain cleaning machine with extended unloading elevator OVS-25U, Dnipropetrovsk region.

Advantages of OVS-25U:

1. OVS-25U is a mobile grain cleaning machine and can be easily transported to another farm, grain warehouse, or even to another farm. This is especially relevant for farms with several grain streams or grain warehouses, as the use of OVS-25U allows you to save a lot of money on the construction of several ZAVs or the purchase of other stationary grain cleaning machines.
2. OVS-25U is a self-propelled, not a stationary, grain cleaning machine and does not require additional costs for putting it into operation (aggregation with tractors, construction of ZAVs, nori, solving problems with loading grain into the grain cleaning machine, removal of fractionally cleaned food and fodder grain, etc.).
3. The minimum consumption of electricity for grain cleaning in OVS-25U — 0.36 kWh per 1 ton.
4. The use of OVS-25U allows you to also dry the grain during grain cleaning.
5. High productivity - up to 25 tons per hour.
6. High quality of cleaning due to the use of not only regulated air flow (as in separators), but also grain cleaning in OVS-25U also with sieves and brushes.(//tractor-service.com)
7. During operation, OVS-25U does not require expensive maintenance.
8. OVS-25U, unlike other grain cleaning machines, can independently load grain into the body of a car or a trailer with a side height of up to 3.1 meters, without the help of grain throwers, loaders, nories, etc.
9. By purchasingheap cleaner self-propelled with increased grain loading height OVS-25U produced by the agricultural machinery plant, you get an inexpensive, reliable and highly efficient grain cleaner.
10. OVS-25U grain cleaning machines are extremely reliable grain cleaning machines, but even in case of breakdown, spare parts for OVS-25 can be purchased everywhere.

OVS-25 manufactured by the Agricultural Machinery Plant and has the following improvements compared to it:

1. Availability of additional security systems, including bumper to prevent vehicles and trailers from hitting the OVS-25U reception chamber.
2. The presence of an extended section of the unloading elevator, which made it possible to increase its length by 1 meter, and the loading height by 0.35 meters.
