Among the products produced and supplied by the company "Hydravlyk Line" a special place is occupied by seals for the hydraulic cylinder rod - collar cuffs (guide rings), which serve to center the rod, seal the gap between it and the cylinder wall, and thus ensure its maximum stability.

The products are made from one of the most demanded materials in this field of application - polyurethane. According to its operational characteristics, it practically has no competition, it is significantly superior in properties to the second material for seals - rubber. Being a less dense material in comparison with the latter (1.259 against 1.37), it demonstrates a resistance that exceeds this indicatorrubbers several hundred times.

Seals for a rod or piston in a hydraulic cylinder and other sealing elements in hydraulic or pneumatic systems made of polyurethane are distinguished by excellent tensile strength, excellent wear resistance, heat and oil resistance, and high elasticity that remains in a wide temperature range.

It is this material that is used for production at our enterprise. At the same time, we use cast polyurethane tubular blanks from the best manufacturer in the industry - the Austrian company Seal Maker Produktions-u. Vertriebs GmbH. The production uses materials both with standard operational characteristics and those designed for an increased coefficient of friction.
