It does not clog when cultivating on high crop residues (the distance between the working bodies is from 68 to 90 cm.) The clearance in the working position is greater than that of standard KPS cultivators (57 cm.). As a result, the speed of soil processing and productivity increases;
The unit of the working body (bracket, S-post, arrow foot) was created by the company "BELLOTA", Spain. During operation, the powerful S-post, thanks to its special parameters, keeps the arrow leg in the horizontal plane strictly at the specified depth (it does not go back and does not bury itself), thus preparing an excellent seed bed, uniform for the entire cultivated surface of the field. The vibration of the working body, formed during work, effectively contributes to the grinding and loosening of the soil into a fine fraction. Thus, smaller lumps of soil are placed in the lower part of the treated layer, which allows good moisture retention and ensures rapid and uniform seed germination;
The use of arrow claws made of boron-containing steel produced by "BELLOTA" guarantees high-quality cutting of weeds and the resource of their uninterrupted operation, which is more than 2 times higher than domestic analogues;
The vibratory cultivator is equipped with a two-row spring harrow. Thanks to significantly improved adjustments of attack angles and horizontal positioning, the harrow perfectly copes with the task of "combing out" cut weeds;
Developed over many years of experience, the design of the rollers located behind the spring harrow is equipped with spring compensation mechanisms, which allows the vibratory cultivator to effectively crush, crush lumps of earth and compact the surface layer of the soil;
The vertical lifting of the cultivator into the transport position occurs with the help of two hydraulic cylinders and provides
safety, accident-free turning, quick transition from transport position to working position and vice versa.
