Designed for very dry conditions.
Productivity in production conditions up to 70-75 t/ha with yield increases over the original Prairie variety of 5-7 t/ha and higher.

Approbation signs:

Medicum variety. The ear is two-rowed, of medium length (8-10 cm), of medium density (10-11 segments per 4 cm of the spike shaft), unbreakable, straw-yellow, tapering to the top. The spines are long, smooth, parallel, thin, elastic, straw-yellow. Spikelet scales are thin, narrow, linear-lanceolate, without a margin. Flower scales are slightly wrinkled, the nerves are clearly visible. The transition of flower scales to spines is gradual. Main bristlegrains with long hair. The bush is upright. The leaf is not pubescent, intermediate, green. The height of the plants is 70-100 cm.
The grain is large, light yellow, elongated-oval in shape.
