SE, SEI, SEH bucket chutes SE, SEI, SEH are intended for vertical lifting grains,groats, granulated materials, both outdoors and indoors. To increase their service life, they are completely made of galvanized steel. Two types of drive are used — a V-belt drive (2,3,4 belts) and a motor-reducer. For ease of maintenance, the cover of the head of the noria is removable. Also, in the case of a limited height, not the entire cover can be removed, but only its side part. There are additional anti-wear plates (SEI and SEH series) in the head cover and at the exit of the noria. The reverse brake is installed on the shaft of the right side of the head of the noria and prevents the reverse movement of the noria tape if the noria suddenly stops for any reason, for example, power failure or overload protection on the conveyors. As a result, after eliminating the causes of the stop, the noria can be started immediately without additional cleaning of the noria shoe, which occurs in the absence of a reverse brake. The upper and lower drums of the noria have a ribbed structure, which allows to avoid jamming of grain between the drum and the tape and has the property of self-cleaning. The rubber fabric noria tape with steel buckets installed on it contributes to soft, quiet operation and the noria can work 24 hours a day without significant wear. A tensioning device is installed at the joint of the tape. Tensioning occurs by means of scrolling the ratchet roller. Noria has a self-supporting structure. Intermediate sections are reinforced with profiled steel frames. One of the intermediate sections has a service hatch and a viewing window. A regulating (manual, mechanical, electric) valve (included in the additional equipment) can be placed on one of the entrances of the noria shoe. The shutter rod can be of different lengths (standard length is 2.5 m.) To reduce the installation depth of the noria, the noria shoe has two low-positioned entrances to which the entrance bunkers are attached. There is a cleaning hatch on one side of the shoe. The inner part of the shoe is designed in such a way that a very small amount of grain remains in it, which must be cleaned when switching from one type of grain to another. On one side of the shoe is a wear-resistant plate. There is a speed sensor on the lower shaft. Noria can be requested directly from the landfill. At the same time, in order to achieve the maximum performance of the noria, it is requested through a special transition channel. When feeding the product by gravity, as in this case, the feeding of the noria should be carried out from the side of lifting the buckets (against their movement), since in this case the noria will not take more grain than it can transport and reloading is excluded. Pay attention to the small distance - only 550 mm. for SE noria, 500 mm. for SEI noria, 650 mm. for the SEH noria between the exit hole of the backfill pit and the floor of the pit for installing the noria. When feeding the noria through two input hoppers, to obtain the nominal capacity, a large hopper (80U) must be used on the "upward" side. A smaller hopper (40R) is used on the "downhill" side. Since there is a danger of overloading the noria from the "downward" side, an inlet flap is used to prevent it.
