Mounted disc harrows BDN 3.15 (4 bodies of 7 discs each)

The frame is made in Ukraine, the wheels are Polish. The disc harrow (huscher) is intended for crushing harvest residues with partial penetration into the soil, as well as for loosening the top layer of soil and destroying weeds on agricultural land, with the possibility of adjusting the angle of attack. Also,disc harrow hinged allows to level the field surface.
The disc harrow is mounted on tractors and mini-tractors with the help of a three-point linkage, ideally aggregated on T-25, T-40, YuMZ, MTZ, MTZ 82, MTZ 892, dongfeng, fotton 244, DTS and others.

BDN harrows are a series of hinged disk harrows intended for the following works:
― Loosening of the upper soil layer;

― Seed and fertilized seedbeds
― Treatment of sods of meadows and pastures before plowing;
― Pre-planting soil preparation in gardens, berry orchards, forest nurseries and ornamental crop nurseries;

Mounted disk harrow - advantages
The harrow structurally consists of two rows of concave spherical discs, the axes of which are directed from the center. The success of using sowing discs is based on the fact that they are designed for optimal opening of the furrow.
Discs made of boron steel with a sharpened cutting edge have an optimal geometric surface for performing the selected type of work. High accuracy and wear resistance guarantee uniformity of soil treatment. As a result of using the strictest high quality standards, sowing discs are more cost-effective, as they have a longer service life with less wear and tear, which reduces the cost of acquisition.
The same hardness of the entire disc is guaranteed by the use of an automatic heat treatment control system during its manufacture. This hardness ensures the elasticity and maneuverability of the disc, allows it to absorb shocks without damaging the disc, so the service life of the disc harrow is quite long even with the most unfavorable soil characteristics.
The above-mentioned advantages allow you to double the life of the disc harrow without repair (up to 5..7 years).
