The installations are designed for machine milking of cows in the upper milk duct while they are tethered on electrified dairy farms.
The installation consists of a vacuum line, a milk pipeline, milking equipment, a milk receiver, and a washing machine. Thecomposition of the vacuum line includes plastic pipes, a vacuum unit, a vacuum cylinder, an electronic vacuum regulator and vacuum gauges. The milk pipeline includes stainless pipes with combined milk-vacuum taps. The milking equipment consists of a suspended part with a collector and milking cups, an alternative action pulsator, vacuum and milk hoses. Individual IO-1 milk counters are provided for control milking of cows. The composition of the milk receiver includes: a rectangular frame on which a glass flask with holes for the introduction of the milk pipe, a safety chamber, a milk filter and a milkpump with a control unit are fixed. The washing machine includes a washing device for milking machines and a washing machine with a microprocessor for controlling the washing cycle.
