For sale Plow traditional seed drill Su-6-02 (pivot) UPS-6 hybrid model 2020. The model of 2020 is a plow traditional seeder Su-6-02 (UPS-6) hybrid SU-6 hybrid.Precision seeder UPS modern high-performance unit from the domestic manufacturer of instruments for agribusiness.
Provides accurate sowing of calibrated seeds.
Sows
- corn, sorghum, sunflower, castor, lentils and other materials.
Effectively used for sowing fodder beans, lupine, beans and other calibrated seeds.
At the same time, separately from the seeds, granulated mineral fertilizer is applied.
The seeder also performs effective soil rolling in the planted rows.
The model provides high accuracy of performed operations. Works together with tractors.
The optimal power for the greatest economic effect is 65 hp.

Economic component, scope of application, functionality, instrumentation for agricultural production

universal, wide-reaching development for dotted sowing. Provides high-precision sowing of agricultural crops. Что економит время и ресурсы, allowing to do without thinning.
Strictly observes the established rate of consumption.
Feeds raw materials with a stable intensity. Places seeds and fatty materials at the specified depth.
The seeder is equipped with a modern control system, which ensures the maximum economic performance of work. Saves working material. Ensures uniformity of sowing.
Allows you to set up a high-performance working mode with high accuracy.
The greatest efficiency is achieved when working with calibrated seeds.
A powerful fan creates the working pressure necessary for accurate seeding.

- machine type - hinged construction;
-grip (width of the structure) - 4200 mm;
- the depth of laying the material - 40-120 mm;
- seed material (consumption rate) - 2-57 pcs/m.;
-mineral fertilizers (consumption rate) - 50-250 kg/ha;
-speed of implementation of works (productivity) - 1.05-3.78 ha/h;
- speed of movement (working) - 2.5-9 km/h;
- width between rows - 450, 600, 700, 900 mm; 165
-количество рядков - 6;
-hopper for seed material (capacity) - 150 l;
-bunker for fatty materials (capacity) - 192 l;
- compatibility - tractor from 65 hp.

Bunker made of high-quality polymer (they do not burst in the cold, do not burn out in the sun)(//tractor-service.com)
Seeding device from UPS like VESTA with two-circuit drive
Effective in various soil and climatic zones, excluding mountain areas.
unified control system to choose from several pieces
Adjustable angle of marker discs,
-height adjustment
Markers on individual hydraulic cylinders
- complete with hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic hoses
The transmission mechanism from the support-drive wheels rotates the spring augers of fat-seeding and seed-seeding discs.
It is aggregated with tractors with a capacity of 60 hp. (YUMZ, MTZ-80/82, T-70S).
Reinforced frame with one-piece thick-walled pipe (blow-through frame)
The rotary fan is the same as on a UPS planter.
Rolling wheels on bearings
Protection of the chain of the seeding device with casings
The frame acts as a receiver and serves as a discharge chamber for the pneumosystem.
Reinforced frame bar (80x80).
Bunker banks are made of high-strength plastic (they do not deform, do not crack when the temperature drops, do not require additional processing).
The fertilized bookmark is made separately from the seeds.
Plastic bunkers are used for fertilizers, which excludes the process of deformation from chemical effects of fertilizers.
The drivewheels located on the edges of the unit have a protector that ensures the best traction of the wheels with the soil.
This is a universal agricultural machine for dotted sowing of calibrated and uncalibrated seeds, with a sowing interval between rows of 0.7 m, as well as for applying fertilizers (simultaneously or separately) and rolling the soil over the crops in the rows.
In any soil and climate zone, except for mountain agriculture, it is easy to use a seeder.
The spring augers of the fat seeding device of the SUPN 8 seeder with the left and first winding carry out the fertilizers from the hopper to the funnels.
Scatters, making oscillating movements at the outlet windows of the funnels, disperse the fat flow, ensuring a uniform stream, and then into the furrows formed by the fat heels of the coulters.
