Machine frame.

The powerful main frame of the machine is built from a metal structure in the form of a square tube. The system of molds and tamping head works hydraulically in a system of chrome columns (2 guides). The columns are chrome-plated, grounded and installed in easily replaceable bushings. The form system is attached to the guide columns. The two lower hydraulic cylinders are attached to the steel shaft for synchronizing the unfolding stroke. The tamping head is controlled by four guide columns and equipped with easily replaceable bushings. It is actuated by a hydraulic cylinder, which creates the impact force of the head.

Fixation of press forms.

Forms are fixed with 4 screws. The pressure of the forms on the vibrating table can be adjusted with the help of 4 tension spring buffers covered with rubber. Pre-tensioning of the forms is carried out with the help of four easily accessible screws located on the beam for lifting the forms.

Tamping head.

The tamping head plate is attached to the head bridge with rubber shock absorbers and equipped with two compact vibrators. For the production of special products, rubber buffers can be blocked at 4 points of the ramming head beam.

Pallet transportation system.

Moves pallets and transports them to the correct position on the vibrating table. For sensitive products (hollow blocks, etc.) there is a soft start/braking function. The pallet transport device is driven by an electric motor controlled by a frequency converter.

The main system of filling with concrete.

It is a powerful frame structure made of square pipes. On it is a concrete bunker with asilo gate and a level indicator. Hydraulic (electromechanical) silo gates fill the aggregate with concrete.

The aggregate is controlled by a direct-acting hydraulic cylinder. It moves on jointed rollers and is equipped with a plastic/steel brush for cleaning the head.

Hydraulic equipment.

A tank for hydraulic oil with a volume of 270 liters is located separately from the machine. The pumps and the motor are locatedon the side of the tank. There is also a filter with an indicator of dirt, oil level, cooling (optional) and a heater (optional) for heating the oil. The maximum pressure is 170 bar.

All electric valves are standard and replaced by CETOP if the machine is equipped with a PLC control system. The pressure regulators of all parts of the machine have a hydraulic drive.
