The GRS-2.0 deep tiller is designed for soil loosening on plowed and plowless backgrounds with deepening of the arable horizon, plowless processing of it instead of spring and spring plowing, deep loosening on slopes and steam fields.
The device for
surface processing of soil is used during the period of pre-sowing soil processing in the spring and for the main processing under winter grain crops in the fall, for grain stubble, as well as after harvesting other crops, including long-stemmed crops, after preliminary husking with disc tools. The device performs additional loosening of the top layer of the soil, leveling of the field surface, and partial grinding of long-stemmed plant residues.
In the system of no-till soil cultivation, deep loosening (chiseling) is an important technological operation that loosens the treated layer and destroys the compacted lower horizons (plow sole), increases the thickness of the root layer, improves the air, water, and thermal regimes of the soil, activates biological processes, accumulates soil moisture, and prevents water and wind erosion.
Rikhlytely are more productive and less energy-intensive, provide a reduction in labor costs and fuel consumption per hectare, increase the yield of cultivated crops.
