Lubing bird drinking line is a system of pipes and other elements used in poultry farms for bird drinking.

The drinking line as a whole is a plastic pipe with holes into which nipples are machine-screwed, and a drip cup is attached to the nipple. At the end of each pipe, a coupling made of acid-resistantrubber is installed, which connects two adjacent pipes. The coupling is fixed on the pipes with the help of two stainless steel clamps.

The pipes are assembled into a single system depending on the length of the building.

Because drinking lines at poultry farms have a long length (98 m), an aluminum delta profile is installed on top of the pipe with the help of special fasteners, which provides the necessary rigidity during operation and helps to minimize the possibility of pipe bending along the length. A plastic holder with a hole in the upper part is installed on each delta profile. A shocker is attached to the yellow holder from above. Due to the fact that there is a need for birds to find a perch, they often use a drinking line as a perch. Therefore, in order to ensure the longevity of the supplied equipment and to avoid damage tobirds expensive elements (winches, cables, aluminum profiles and pipes), an anti-infestation system (shocker) must be supplied in the set.

To adjust the height, all drinking lines are suspended using a cable in a plastic braid and the height is adjusted using a winch (the cable and the winch are supplied separately at the request of the customer).
