ToV "Lytinsky meat processing plant" is working since September 2001. The enterprise is located in the small town of Lityn, Vinnytsia region. In 2007, the construction of a new slaughterhouse with refrigerating chambers designed for 100 tons of meat was completed. The company is gradually expanding its capabilities, new production facilities are being put into operation. In 2008, a complete reconstruction of the sausage production was completed in compliance with the norms of the European standard. Now the company is making the transition to the European quality standard HACCP DSTU ISO 22000:2007. The high level of quality of finished products has secured the company one of the first places among the leaders of the meat market not only in the Vinnytsia region, but also in other regions of Ukraine, which is confirmed by numerous diplomas and awards. Production of products is carried out on modern equipment by experienced, highly qualified specialists. To date, the enterprise produces about 100 types ofsausage products and smoked products, adhering to the recipes of state standards and technological conditions of the companies with which it cooperates. To ensure quality control, an independent official veterinarian works at each stage of production, who monitors the arrival of cattle,pigs and auxiliary materials. Quality control and physico-chemical indicators of products are handled by the accredited SE "Vinnytsyastandartmetrologiya" measurement and production laboratory.
