Description of the machine
Drum Unit:
The drum blocks are made of high-quality steel. All units are placed on a tapered shaft, which provides very easy disassembly and maintenance. Each drum unit is water cooled.
Drum block and cooling system matrix:
On the inner wall of the drum unit, cooling water flows at high speed and creates enormous turbulence on the walls of the drums.
The matrix holder is cooled by water, it flows circulating around the matrix holder.
The water flow can be adjusted for each unit and each die holder using a tap located on the front of the units.

Hand sensor:
The hand sensor is made of welded construction and rollers. It is used to adjust and control the speed of blocks.

Matrix holder or calibration powder storage box. Each storage has a manual powder mixing rotor.

Electric drive and gearbox:
An electric motor with speed regulation by means of high-quality frequency converters is used for the electric drive of the machine.
