One of the most important tasks of the company is the implementation of warranty and post-warranty repair, maintenance and service of all our products presented on the Ukrainian market. The company sells new and used equipment.
The HOLMER company presents a new, fully in-house developed Terra Dos T4-40 concept - aharvester for harvesting sugar beets. Numerous innovations of the new three-axle HOLMER model set new standards in the market of self-propelled beet harvesters. The design of the machine made it possible not only to minimize the pressure on the soil, but also to maximize the 45 m3 hopper.
Terra Dos T4-40 is equipped with the highly reliable KOS-2 combined stem cutter and DLG premium HR rooter that can be equipped with 6, 8 or 9 rows at different row spacings.

Low-seated beets usually have a small root crop, so the cut should be minimal; on high-seated beets or large root crops, the cut should be larger. The animation shows the changes in the gap between the ridge reading the beet profile and the cutter blade when the system moves in height.

The new HR harrow is independent control of the depth of each coulter pair in each row. The new EasyLift system allows to reduce the additional burden on the operator. The system automatically guides each individual coulter at the optimal depth - accordingly, each individual root crop sitting in a row is perfectly uprooted regardless of the depth of its planting. The on-board computer calculates the planting height of beets by receiving a signal from the sensors of the beet cutter. Thanks to such automation, optimal control of digging depth is ensured, an excessively large rooting depth is not allowed, because it is known that an increase in depth by 1 cm leads to excessive movement of soil (approx. 100 t/ha) through the working bodies of cleaning, which leads to increased material wear and fuel consumption.
The maximum flow of beets from the rooter to the separating stars was achieved thanks to the combination of the separating conveyor with a width of 900 mm (+100 mm) and the new portal axis of the front axle, the throughput of this "bottleneck", the so-called "bottleneck", has now increased by 40% compared to the nearest competitor.
Tested by time, reliable, with speed control and adaptive cleaning, the separating stars carefully, quickly and thoroughly remove dirt and the remains of tops from root crops. The extra-wide belt of the circularelevator 1000 mm (a 12% increase in comparison with three-axle harvesters available on the market) effortlessly moves beets into a 30-ton hopper equipped with electronic level control. The unloading elevator of the hopper is now filled with beets simultaneously from both sides - which allows you to get uniform loads on the chains of the scraper bottoms and the belt of the unloading elevator, an additional advantage is the reduction of the hopper emptying time.
Thus, Terra Dos T4-40 is a model for gentle beet processing with maximum throughput.
The front axle of the three-axle machine has proven and self-recommended IF 800/70 R 38tyres with a working pressure of 1.6 atmospheres.
1050/50 R32 tires with a pressure of two atmospheres are installed on the second bridge and on the rear third. The loading on the rear axle is hydraulically controlled, which gives a perfectly balanced distribution of weight on all axles and, as a result, uniform soil-saving soil compaction.
For optimal "reading" of the soil contour and stability when working on slopes - the rear axle is on a torsion-spring rocker, when working on slopes, the free rolling motion can be hydraulically locked, while the damping function remains in full.
