Disc plow harrow Fregat, Nikolaev region.

PJSC "FREGAT FACTORY" offers "Harrows - disk plow" modifications for saleBPD-2.4, BPD-4.2, BPD-4.2-01, BPD-6.

Discs with a diameter of 800 mm are installed on "FREGAT" harrows. and 8 mm thick, which are located at a distance of 300 mm. from each other and are mounted on round shafts with a diameter of 55 mm. Reliable fixation prevents the discs from rotating, and the attachment of the disc batteries has an original and convenient device for adjusting the angle of attack from 0 to 25 degrees.

Disk harrow and two batteries, "daisy" type discs are installed on the front, solid "round" discs on the rear. To increase reliability, as well as to speed up and facilitate the repair procedure, both batteries of discs are divided into sections, each of which is securely mounted on 2 supports with bearing assemblies. Thus, with a working width of 6 m, the battery of discs rests on 12 bearing assemblies with self-spherical spherical roller bearings (2 pcs. in one assembly), which have several degrees of protection against dust and dirt getting into them (the bearings are protected by a stepped roof with rings that prevent dirt from getting into the bearing). The design of bearing assemblies has no analogues among domestic and foreign manufacturers of disk harrows.

The presence of a rear hitch allows harrows to be aggregated with other mechanisms and units, for example: the MDKSH module for BPD-4.2, and special "cleaners" clean the inter-disc space from soil, weeds and plant residues.
