Ammonium nitrate - fertilizer, which belongs to the mineral class and has the chemical formula NH4NO3. It is a product obtained after the neutralization of nitric acid with ammonia, formed by the combination of molecular nitrogen and hydrogen. In its finished form, the fertilizer is a granular white color (perhaps with a yellowish tint) with a size of 1 to 4 mm. Does not clump during storage, thanks to magnesium additives.
