SPCH-6 seeder/8...... Manufactured in Moldova.....?
Pneumatic seeder precision seeding machine type SPP is intended for precise sowing of plowed crops by a dotted method of one or two seeds per nest at a given distance between the nests. Thanks to a wide range of seeding discs, the planters can sow corn, sunflower, peas and other crops with similar shapes and sizes of seeds, with a row width of 45-70 cm. Planters of the SPP/FS type are equipped with a device for simultaneous application of mineral granulated fertilizers to the soil with the sowing of seeds.
Advantages of SPP type seeders:
When the PTO is connected, the exhauster starts moving, thereby creating vacuum pressure, which creates a vacuum in the discharge chamber of the seeding device by means of low-pressure hoses. Thanks to the vacuum, the seeds that are in the feeding chamber are attracted to the holes of the sowing discs.
When the seeder moves, the discs are set in motion. By rotating, they move the seeds to the device for introducing them into the soil. The seeds covered by the disc pass by an adjustable remover that removes excess grains, leaving only one or two grains on each hole of the seeding disc.
Simultaneously with the introduction of seeds into the soil, it is possible to apply mineral fertilizers by means of a device that allows you to regulate the rate of fertilizer application, depending on the amount required per hectare and the type of fertilizer.

In order to increase the reliability of the transmission in the device for applying fertilizer and seeds to the soil, reinforced drive sprockets and chains were installed.
To increase productivity and eliminate manual work during sowing, the markers were equipped with a hydraulic system, which made it possible to control the markers from the tractor cabin.
At the customer's request, SPP-type seed drills can be equipped with an electronic seed control device. The device is intended for collecting, processing and displaying on the information board data on the current indicators of seed consumption per unit of traveled distance, as well as the accumulation of information on the characteristics of the seeding field.
Controlled parameters:
-Movement speed
- Sowing density of seeds pcs./m
- Histogram of the actual distribution of seeds in each row (per seeder, throughout the field)
-Sowing doubles and omission in % of the total number of seeds
