Universal trailed spreader pomot 7.0 t, Khmelnytskyi region.

UNIVERSAL trailed spreader POMOT 7.0 t
• chain conveyor with a width of 730 mm.
• Tank with a capacity of 6,000 liters, max. load capacity up to 7 tons.
• The tank is made of a 700mm optim metal sheet with a yield strength of 700n/mm2, which is very resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage.
• Lacquered tank (possibility of coating with polyurethane mass).
• The tank is located on a frame made of a RUUKKI profile and transverse reinforcing profiles.
• Chain floor conveyor with a width of 730 mm.
• Mechanical chain rope drive fromwheels.
• Three-speed gearbox, which regulates the speed of the chain rope and the required dose of fertilizer supply (depending on the engaged gear).
• Two scattering discs made of special metal sheet raex 400.
• The blades of the spreading discs are covered with a mass that ensures adhesion of manure to thediscs, guaranteeing the appropriate accuracy of spreading and prolonging the service life of the spreading disc.
• Regulated blades providing the required spreading width.
• Mechanically opening dump valve with an opening range from 0 mm to 300 mm with an accuracy of up to 2 mm according to 150 grade/alloyed steel.
• independent, hydraulic drive of spreading disks, the range of revolutions from 10 to 1127 revolutions per minute.
• Control of the speed of revolutions of spreading discs with the help of a hydraulic-mechanical valve.
• The possibility of individual control of the speed of the right and left spreading plate through individual hydraulic valves.
• Scattering width:
Mineral fertilized from 10 m to 36 meters
Limestone from 2.5 m to 18 m
Secondary substances: from 2.5 m to 40 m
• Uniaxial suspension with tire 550/60 x 22.5
• Mechanically adjustable support leg
• Two-wire pneumatic braking system - with 3-stage regulation of braking force
• Lighting equipment
• Manual brake
• designed for movement at a speed of up to 40 km per hour.
• Spreaders of the POMOT company are built under the license of the TRANSPREAD company
• They are ideally suited for spreading all kinds of materials in agriculture, ensuring high efficiency of work and accuracy of spreading.
• At the same time, old spreaders used in communal households can be replaced.
