Clutch clutch
tractor The T-40 consists of two clutches: the main clutch and the PTO clutch. Both of these clutches are single-disc, dry, with separate control, permanently closed type. Thanks to such a design, the transmission of torque and rotation from the D-144 engine takes place in two different streams for the movement of the tractor, that is, it is possible to stop the tractor without turning off the PTO
tractor, switch gears without impact and provide the tractor with a smooth start of movement from the spot.
To ensure the long-term functionality of the clutch basket T25-1601050-B1 when operating the tractor, it is necessary to follow some recommendations:
clutch clutch will not be turned off unnecessarily;
do not keep the clutch in the off state for a long time while the engine is running;
(//tractor-service.com)
engage the clutch without delay in the intermediate position of the pedal, but smoothly;
turn off the clutch by quickly pressing the pedal to failure;
to perform the necessary adjustments in a timely manner.
The main ones include the adjustment of the main clutch clutch, which is performed after every 240 hours of tractor operation, and in addition, after reducing the free travel of the pedal to 25 mm, while the value of 35-40 mm is considered normal. Adjustment is carried out by changing the length of the rod that connects the pedal and the clutch mechanism. In the case when the wear of the pads of the driven disk is large enough, it is possible to restore the allowable amount of the gap between the push-out levers and push-out bearings with the help of adjustment bolts with crown nuts. In this case, the permissible gap difference should not be more than 0.4 mm. During disassembly of the drives of both composite clutches, it is necessary to correctly install the springs of the servo device, which reduce the force on the pedals. Install the springs so that the pedal can be held in the extreme upper position. When pressing the pedal, the effort should be reduced.
