VESNA 6 and VESNA 8 are universal pneumatic seed drills intended for accurate sowing of calibrated seeds of corn, sunflower, castor, sorghum, soybeans, as well as seeds of fodder beans, beans, lupins with simultaneous application of granular mineral fertilizers separately from the seeds and rolling of the soil in the rows. It is also possible to sow uncalibrated seeds, but in this case the accuracy will directly depend on the difference in size and the degree of damage of the seed material.Seeders of precision seeding ensure sowing at the final density, excluding the use of manual labor when forming the required interval between plants. Pneumatic seeding devices of precision sowing seeders reduce the percentage of seed crushing by 10 times compared to mechanical ones. All drive shafts of grain and fat seeding devices are mounted on rolling bearings. Due to the arrangement of the axis of the support-drive wheels on the same line with the grain coulters, simultaneous copying of the field relief is achieved by both the frame and the sowing section.
A tread with grippers ontyres support-drivewheels reduces their slipping, which ensures a given interval between seeds. The seed drills are equipped with a durable hydroficated marker with a disc of a larger diameter, which has the ability to change the angle of attack to obtain a clearly visible trace.
To order, the seed drills are equipped with a transport device, which allows you to move them along public roads without the use of additional means of transport. The semi-automatic coupling ensures quick and safe connection of the seeder with the tractor. The hitch has the ability to move along the frame beam, which allows sowing with a row spacing of 450 mm with tractors that do not change the track width (for example, T-70S). The seeder is equipped with a centrifugal fan driven by the tractor PTO at 540 rpm. For guaranteed retention of heavy seeds of leguminous crops (soy, etc.) on the holes of the seeding discs, the fan of the seeder is equipped with an additional air duct. There is a flap on the fan to regulate the vacuum of the air flow.
The fan is equipped with an overrunning clutch that protects the belt transmission from excessive wear. The frame of the seeder acts as a receiver, which ensures the same vacuum in all seeding devices and eliminates the pulsation of the air flow. The sowing section is equipped with a coulter for sowing corn and sunflower seeds. As a result of modernization, the sowing section was equipped with a 2-circuit drive of a new design. Reliable protection of the drive ensures work on fields clogged with plant residues. The amount of seeds that enters the seeding chamber from the hopper is regulated by the shutter. The comb-type dropper ensures accurate single-seed sowing. The presence of a viewing window allows visual control of the quality of the seeding device during the adjustment process. An unloading hatch is provided for quick removal of seeds from the chamber of the seeding device. A harrow is installed on the seeding disk, which prevents the compaction and suspension of seeds in the chamber of the seeding device. An arch breaker is installed in the hopper, which prevents seeds from floating. The fat seeding system through the fat coulters provides the possibility of applying mineral fertilizers away from the row with the necessary amount of displacement, which excludes the harmful effect of fats on the seeds. An unloading hatch is provided in the bunker to remove the remains of mineral fertilizers. Rolling the soil in the sown rows improves the contact between the seeds and the moist soil at the bottom of the furrows, provides capillary rise of moisture and creates favorable conditions for earlier and friendly seed germination.
