Geological jaw crusher DHSH 60x100 (SHD-6) is intended for crushing brittle dry materials of medium strength. It is used for crushing construction materials, solid industrial waste, ferroalloys, ceramics, refractories, glass, ore, granite, feldspar, quartz, corundum, fireclay, limestone, gravel,coal, coke, graphite, slag, silicon, bauxite, concrete, dolomite, salt, silicate, agglomerate, cement clinker, etc. and also for preparation for laboratory tests of samples.
The coarseness of the crushed material is determined by the gap between the cheeks in the lower part (exit slot) and the tendency of the material to self-grind. In order to avoid breakage of thecrusher when unbreakable objects are hit, a safety device in the form of a shear pin is provided. Replacement of working surfaces-combs is done without using a special tool.
