KC-310B-1 is portablehygrometer which determines the moisture content of the material under study with the help of 2 needles and the specific resistance of the material. Has low energy consumption, modern design and LCD display.

Procedure:

remove the lid of the device, release the needles from the caps.
turn on the device by pressing the central button, "_ _ _" will light up on the display. By default, there is a mode for measuring wood moisture. To change the measurement mode to building materials, press the "Mode" button.
Insert the needles into the research material.
In the wood moisture measurement mode, the display shows WOOD, the measurement range is 5% ~50%. When the humidity is less than 5%, "_ _ _" is displayed on the display, when it is more than 50%, "- - -" is displayed.
The range of measurements for building materials is 1.5%~33%. When the humidity is less than 1.5%, "_ _ _" is displayed on the display, when it is more than 33%, "- - -" is displayed.
Press the "Hold" button during the measurement process to fix the data on the screen. Press again to reset.
Press and hold the "Hold" button to mute the device.
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the device.
