Corn meal (cake) is obtained after pressing oil from the germ of corn. The final product of squeezing the corn germ changes not only the properties of proteins and carbohydrates, but also, due to the extraction of oil, significantly accumulates protein and readily available carbohydrates. It preserves a significant part of the fat (more than 6%) in the macula and concentrates the vitamin content.
This product is the most nutritious among feed
additives and contains an increased content of natural antioxidants.
