Now about the breed German variegated giant -Strokach.
The minimum weight of German variegated rabbits is 5 kilograms, and the maximum is 10 kilograms. At the same time, individuals of this breed should gain an average of 1 kilogram of live weight per month of life. And this with a body length of 66-68 centimeters. The physique of German Pieds is similar to the physique of giants, but lighter bones are noted. The fur of these rabbits is very beautiful, thanks to its coloring.

Typical signs and qualities of the German variegated giant:

- ears - medium, straight, well-padded, 16.5 to 18 cm long;
- Eyes – brown-brown;
- The head is medium-sized, round-shaped, larger in males, somewhat elongated in rabbits;
- The neck is short;
- The chest is deep and wide, the underbust is acceptable in females;

The pattern of the body of Strakach rabbits consists of: a) a dark stripe on the back approximately 3 cm wide, starting behind the ears and extending to the entire length of approximately the end of the croup and passing to the tail; b) the side pattern consists of: separate not too large spots (diameter approximately 3 cm.) from 6 to 8 spots on each side, quite symmetrical. Spots on the paws are not taken into account.

The main color in the color is white, the spots are of different colors. There are only three officially recognized colors: black, brown and blue. There are many more unrecognized flowers.
