English combined unit for strip processing and sowing "Mzuri Pro-Til4Т".
In one pass, it carries out complete soil treatment to a depth of up to 25 cm, applies fertilizers directly to the treated soil and thus saves up to 20% of mineral fertilizers and at the same time carries out sowing, which contributes to the optimization of plant nutrition, allows to exclude plant fertilization as a separate technological operation; and at the same time fuel consumption per hectare is 13-15 liters.
Strips formed by Mzuri Pro-Til technology warm up better than a completely plowed field. This allows the crop to be sown earlier, thanks to which the plant has time to form and successfully survive the drought. In addition, the Mzuri Pro-Til technology not only preserves the plant, but also the soil, preventing water and wind erosion, contributing to the retention of snow in the fields. Reduction of soil erosion volumes is an important argument in favor of Strip Till technology.
The main units and mechanisms of the Mzuri Pro-Til tillage and seeding unit are the tillage part, the seed hopper and the fertilized and sowing part. The tillage part includes split toothed disk pawls with a fertilized coulter (1), for processing strips 12.5 cm wide and up to 25 cm deep, supportwheels (3), replaceable sowing coulters (4), rolling wheels (5). Bunker (2) with a volume of 3400 l holds 2040 l of seeds and 1360 l of fertilizer. The sowing part is designed for the installation of three types of coulters, which allows you to sow all grain and technical crops. Working speed of sowing up to 14 km / h.
PRO-TIL 3T trailed unit - has 3 m working width, 9 sowing rows. The inter-seeding distance between the treatment strips is 33.3 cm when sowing rapeseed and soybeans. When sowing cereals, successively - 12.5 cm and 18 cm; and 66.6 cm - when sowing corn and sunflower.Recommended tractor - with a capacity of 180-260 hp
The PRO-TIL 4T trailed unit has 4 m working width, 11 sowing rows. The inter-seeding distance between the treatment strips: 33.3 cm when sowing rapeseed and soybeans.
