Mobile modular MINY gas station is intended for non-commercial accounting, storage and dispensing of diesel fuel,gasoline.

2. MATERIAL:

The body and the main elements of the tank are made of sheet steel of the St3sp brand according to GOST 380 manufactured according to GOST 14637. The material does not have cracks, rolls, bubbles or other defects. The quality of the material is confirmed by the manufacturer's certificate.

3. Equipment:

Hatch Ø600 or 800 mm with a cover.

The tanks will be made according to the developed drawings.

The shells are joined on a special hydraulic assembly machine.

Welding joints are made by an automatic arc welding machine under a layer of flux.

Each seam is welded twice to avoid leaks.

5. PROCESSING OF SURFACES

5.1. Inner surface

The inner surface and welding seams are in their natural state, clean, dry and unpainted.

5.2. Outer surface

Defatted and primed
Minimum 80 microns of anti-corrosion enamel paint.
