The scalder has two opening lids, which make it possible to load pork carcasses from the back and front of the installation. A convenient bristle separator is mounted on the side of the scalder. The construction is made entirely of acid-resistant steel. The working part consists of a scalder as well as a moving part, a control unit. Inside the scalder, a tubular system of heating through water vapor, two scraper shafts and a device for the discharge of pig carcasses are installed. A bath insulated with mineral wool and lined with metal plates. The two-shell heating system ensures low energy consumption.
The temperature is regulated by a microprocessor programmer.
